Early odds to win 2013 NBA Championship

The Miami Heat have silenced the critics and are now NBA champions, but sports books and bettors are already looking ahead to next season. The Heat are early favorites to repeat, with Oklahoma City and Chicago not far behind in the oddsmakers eyes.
